    Please email or call ASCL Printwear, LLC, to ensure your order is eligible for return before returning the item(s).

    If you attempt to return/exchange a final sale item, an item on clearance, a custom-made item, or an item that was worn, damaged, et cetera, ASCL Printwear, LLC will not accept the return/exchange and the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee for the item(s) to be returned to them.

    Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

    *Items Eligible for Return/Exchange: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain free (makeup and deodorant included), no animal hair, no smells of smoke, not final sale/clearance, and within the date ranges specified in the return policy.

    Once returned items are received (and noted to be *eligible for return/exchange), we will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping charges.

    *If your initial order qualified for free shipping, please note that returns and exchanges do NOT qualify for free shipping.

    Returns that disqualify initial purchases from free shipping will include a deduction of initial shipping costs.

    ASCL Printwear, LLC will accept the return on items that were ordered for the It the wrong size or color on an item in exchange for a different item. The item being returned must be *eligible for return/exchange. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to us and for the new item to be shipped.

    If the shipping mistake was at fault of ASCL Printwear, LLC, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible at no additional shipping costs to the customer. Customers will receive a prepaid return package for the incorrect item.

    ASCL Printwear, LLC, cannot accept returns on custom items embroidery or printed due to the personal nature of the product.

    ASCL Printwear, LLC, is not responsible for items damaged in shipping or lost/stolen packages.
